Technical Developer Position Overview

As a Technical Developer, you will play a crucial role in translating business requirements into application code.

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Bursting, Forms, as well as expertise in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script.

A successful Technical Developer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements and design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate business requirements into application code
  • Document application specifications
  • Perform code reviews and align solutions to architectural specifications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements
  • Design, execute, assess, and troubleshoot software programs and applications
  • Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for related areas
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • At least 8 years of experience in IT as a software developer
  • Knowledge in Oracle Application Modules Revenue Management & Billing, Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, and iExpenses & iProcurement
  • Excellent knowledge in PL/SQL and Unix Shell Script
  • Experience in developing and customizing Oracle XML Publisher Reports, Bursting, Forms
  • Ability to work on CEMLI (RICE)
  • Experience in various project methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma, Waterfall, RUP, Scrum, and Agile)
