Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned Chief Security Architect to spearhead our SAP Security strategy. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SAP Security and a proven track record of delivering secure solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement comprehensive security frameworks for SAP landscapes, encompassing ECC, BW, HR, S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, and SAP GRC Access Control 10.1 or above.
  • Oversee the implementation of SAP Security lifecycle upgrades involving SU25, ensuring seamless transitions with minimal downtime.
  • Leverage expertise in HANA User Administration and Role Management to manage complex privileges, including Object, Analytics, System, Application, and Package privileges.
  • Troubleshoot HANA access issues, user tracing, and trace file analysis to maintain system integrity.
  • Develop and enforce Business Objects (BOBJ) user management and folder-level security policies.
  • Stay up-to-date with BODS security and repository changes to ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design, build, and resolve Fiori roles and associated issues.
  • Contribute to the development of comprehensive SAP GRC Access Control strategies, focusing on Emergency Access Management (EAM) and Access Risk Analysis (ARA).
  • Promote best practices in SAP HR Security, emphasizing Structural Authorizations, HR Authorization Objects, and both direct and indirect role assignments.
  • Maintain SAP security across various environments, including development, QA, sandbox, training, and production systems.
  • Foster a deep understanding of SAP core ERP modules and architecture, including PP, MM, SD, and FI.
  • Analyze GRC Access Control functionalities such as Access Request Management, Access Risk Analysis, Business Role Management, and Emergency Access Management to inform strategic decisions.
  • Cultivate expertise in troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP Security and GRC Access Control issues.
  • Participate in audit compliance processes and collaborate with internal/external audit and SOX compliance teams to ensure adherence.
  • Develop customized SAP Access Control solutions and review existing or planned SAP GRC implementations.
  • Periodically review and revise security roles to align with evolving business requirements.
  • Design and implement access management solutions for new applications and transition responsibilities to administrative teams.
  • Prepare documentation for security processes, procedures, and audits.
  • Master ECC and S/4HANA role management, including master, derived, composite, and business roles.
  • Demonstrate expertise in BW security and portal administration.
  • Collaborate with clients to identify needs, resolve issues, and ensure business alignment.
  • Engage in client discussions, project phases, and team coordination activities.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables that adhere to application architecture and project timelines.
  • Involved in all stages of SAP implementation including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, and post-go-live support.
  • Utilize excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and successful teamwork experience.
  • Stay current with SAP security trends and advancements by sharing knowledge and staying updated.
