Job Title: Senior Zoho Developer

Job Type: Full-Time, Remote

About the Role:

This is a full-time remote opportunity for an experienced Zoho Developer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing customized Zoho solutions, including Zoho CRM, Books, Analytics, Creator, SalesIQ, PageSense, Desk, and Billings. The role involves developing complex applications, integrating Zoho products with other systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing ongoing support to clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Create Deluge code, functions, and workflows
  • Write scripts to automate business processes and enhance application functionality
  • Manage the entire development life cycle, from concept to production
  • Maintain accurate technical documentation
  • Integrate Zoho applications with external systems via APIs and webhooks
  • Use the Deluge scripting language to customize Zoho applications according to specific business processes and requirements
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho applications, resolving issues promptly

Requirements:

  • Experience with Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Analytics, and Zoho Creator, as well as other Zoho products
  • Proficient in custom application development and integration with other systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Prior experience in the IT outsourcing industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with Business Intelligence and Data Analytics is an advantage
  • Zoho certification is a desirable asset
