Job Title: Occupational Therapist

We are seeking an experienced and empathetic occupational therapist to provide in-home therapy sessions for clients in need of personalized care.

Role Overview:

• Deliver one-on-one occupational therapy sessions at the client's residence
• Evaluate the child's functional needs and develop tailored therapy objectives
• Create engaging, age-appropriate activities to support motor, sensory, and daily living skills
• Maintain detailed session records and share progress updates with our team
• Collaborate with other professionals involved in the child's care, as needed
• Communicate effectively with families and support them in implementing therapy strategies at home

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy (certification required)
• Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with disabilities (preferable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently in home environments
