Senior Technical Analyst - IGA

About this Role:

The Senior Technical Analyst will be responsible for onboarding applications, interacting with application owners, and explaining the integration process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboard Applications
  • Interact with application owners to understand their system and explain the integration process and goals.
  • Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.
  • Coordinate and test custom development required by the app team.
  • Work with internal engineers to build integrations as per governance best practices and application requirements.
  • Coordinate and assist app teams in UAT (User Acceptance Testing).
  • Maintain and report accurate statuses for all onboarded applications.

Qualifications:

  • 7-9 years' experience in IGA development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Experience in Identity Mapping, configuring Source and target applications for attributes, developing custom workflow for LCM/JLM Provisioning.
  • Administrating, implementing, and supporting SailPoint-based Identity and Access Management Solutions.
  • Experience with RBAC analysis and implementation, launching certification campaigns, and following up on remediation processes.
  • Developed forms, Identity Triggers, quick links, Rules, Email templates, and custom reports.

Bonus Skills: The ideal candidate will have additional skills such as Cloud Security, DevOps, and Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD).
