Marketing Position Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Influencer Marketing: Research, outreach, seeding, tracking, and reporting.
  • Launch Campaigns: Digital, offline, and partnerships.
  • Email/WhatsApp Campaigns: Draft, schedule, and track.
  • PR Activities: Media list building, PR drops, coverage tracking.
  • Brand Collaborations: Lifestyle clubs, cafés, gyms.
  • Campaign Reporting: Basic reports and performance dashboards.
Requirements:
  • 0–2 years of marketing experience (internships count).
  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Lists, spreadsheets, deadlines.
  • Resourcefulness and Creativity: Figure things out quickly.
  • Multitasking: Comfortable wearing multiple hats.
  • Beauty and Pop Culture: Excited about trends.
  • Startup Environment: Thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments.
