Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) audits and ensure compliance with Indian and international regulations. This role involves conducting site visits to assess hazards and risks associated with various industrial processes.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EHS auditing, with experience in conducting risk assessments, hazard identification, and job safety analyses.
  • They should be familiar with Indian and global EHS regulations, including OSHA, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, CPCB, NBC, etc.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication and training abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct, and document EHS audits to assess compliance with Indian and international regulations, standards, and company policies.
  • Conduct hazard identification, risk assessments (HIRA), and job safety analyses (JSA).
  • Stay updated on Indian and global EHS regulations and ensure compliance across all operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that air quality standards are met.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Education: Master s degree in environmental science, or a related discipline.

Experience: 5-6 years of relevant EHS experience, with a strong focus on EHS audits, compliance, and air quality assessment.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • In-depth understanding of Indian and international EHS regulations.
  • Strong knowledge of air quality assessment tools and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with industrial hygiene principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of product stewardship principles and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and training abilities.
