Key Responsibilities

  • Sourcing new-to-bank asset relationships within the IBG 4 Segment, focusing on companies ranging from INR 200 crores to 600 crores.
  • Ensuring a good net interest income and fees across the portfolio, as well as regular revenue streams through cross-selling trade, liabilities, cash, treasury, and fee products.
  • Playing an instrumental role in increasing profitability by implementing and executing the IBG4 business strategy, which aims to increase market share and achieve targets consistent with IBG4 toplines and bottom lines.

Requirements
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:
  • Overall 3-7 years of sales experience, with 2-3 years of sales experience in SME/Business Banking Lending.
  • A proven sales track record in asset business within the SME/Business Banking segment.
  • Knowledge of competitors and marketplaces, as well as market knowledge and experience in the SME segment, preferably with reference to customer preferences and requirements.
