Job Description

 

As a Graphic Designer, you will play a crucial role in shaping the visual identity of our brand. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging platforms.

 

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to bring campaigns to life through engaging assets for social media, performance marketing creatives, and content templates and visuals for influencer and community campaigns.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across digital, print, and packaging platforms
  • Create engaging assets for social media (reels, carousels, stories, statics) that blend science + fun
  • Design performance marketing creatives (Meta, Google, Amazon ads)
  • Support influencer and community campaigns with content templates and visuals

 

Required Skills & Qualifications

 

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • 2-4 years of design experience (consumer brand/beauty/skincare/FMCG experience is a plus)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing branding, social media, and packaging work
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Figma/Canva skills a plus
  • An eye for typography, colour, and layout consistency
  • Ability to translate scientific, skincare-heavy content into consumer-friendly design
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills - you'll work closely with growth, content, and product teams
  • A mindset that's creative, resourceful, and experimental- not afraid to push boundaries
