Job Description:

The Visual Content Specialist is responsible for delivering high-quality post-production work on photoshoot images. This involves precise image manipulation, detailed retouching of faces, hair, and skin, as well as expert correction and manipulation of clothing to meet brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carefully retouch photoshoot images to perfection, focusing on details such as product, face, hair, skin, and clothing.
  • Accurately crop images to meet specified dimensions and compositions.
  • Meticulously correct and manipulate clothes—adjust fit, remove wrinkles, enhance textures, and fix color inconsistencies.
  • Retailor-retouche skin, smooth out textures, and refine hair details for flawless results.
  • Creatively recreate and update mockups aligned with creative briefs and brand standards.
  • Collaborate closely with photographers, creative leads, and designers to ensure visual consistency and quality.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality output.
  • Maintain an organized workflow and file management system.
  • Stay current on the latest retouching and manipulation techniques and tools.

Required Skills:

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in photo editing software. Additionally, experience working with creative teams and a keen eye for visual aesthetics are essential.
