Senior Structural Engineer Role

This is a key leadership position that involves overseeing the development of structural design for buildings, retaining walls, and other structures. As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be responsible for leading a team of junior engineers and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Leading the development of structural designs using various software tools such as ETABS, SAP2000, STAAD.Pro, SAFE, and RCDC.
  • Overseeing the preparation of detailed engineering calculations, load assessments, and finite element analysis.
  • Validating design assumptions and methodologies against applicable international and local standards.
  • Optimizing structural systems and materials to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of junior structural engineers.
  • Develop and implement structural design strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
