Finance Operations Professional

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Operations professional to join our team.

  • This role involves handling acquirer reconciliation, settlement processes, and audit support, ensuring smooth financial operations within the payments domain.

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will have strong reconciliation knowledge, prior experience in the payments industry, and an analytical mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily acquirer reconciliation and ensure accuracy in financial records.
  • Manage acquirer relationships and resolve queries in a timely manner.
  • Execute settlement reconciliation and processing across payment channels.
  • Prepare and manage audit data requirements and handle audit queries effectively.
  • Create and maintain Management Information System reports for management review.
  • Identify discrepancies, analyze issues, and provide solutions to ensure process efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for smooth operations.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in finance operations, preferably in the payments/fintech industry.
  • Strong expertise in reconciliation and settlement processes.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-team coordination.
  • Proficiency in MIS preparation and reporting.
  • Exposure to month-end audits will be an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree or equivalent.
  • Solid knowledge of reconciliation processes.
  • Understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Additional certifications in finance/accounting (e.g., MBA Finance) would be a plus.
