Key Responsibilities
  • Educate customers on the benefits of regular solar panel maintenance and our value proposition.
  • Pitch and discuss potential customers for AMC services, focusing on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in local promotional events, workshops, and awareness drives to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Gather market feedback, customer insights, and intelligence from the field to inform marketing strategies.
  • Maintain a positive and professional brand image during all interactions.
Requirements
  • Education: No bar, with prior calling experience and openness to making phone calls and understanding customer pains.
  • Relevant Professional Experience: 0-2 years experience in field marketing, direct sales, community engagement, or Below The Line (BTL) campaign execution.
  • Required Skills:
    • Strong customer empathy.
    • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
    • Basic Computer Knowledge in Excel and Whatsapp for reporting.
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Experience in the electrical / energy sector or BPO / KPO experience.
