Job Title:

IT Infrastructure Specialist

This role involves overseeing and maintaining Windows Server environments, ensuring they are stable and secure. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and File Server Management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage, configure, and maintain server environments to ensure optimal performance.
  • Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls to safeguard sensitive data.
  • Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, switches, and wireless connections to ensure seamless connectivity.
Cloud & Identity Management:
  • Administer Office 365 and G-Suite accounts, licenses, and email security to ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Manage Azure AD, MDM, MAM, Intune, and Jamf for device/application management to ensure efficient deployment of mobile devices and applications.
  • Implement and monitor Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and SSO integrations to enhance security and improve user experience.
Networking & Security:
  • Configure and troubleshoot firewalls (preferably Fortinet) and network security policies to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot IP telephony systems to ensure high-quality voice communications.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as a System Administrator or similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 and Active Directory.
  • Hands-on experience with DHCP, DNS, Group Policy, and File Server Management.
  • Expertise in Office 365, G-Suite, Azure AD, Intune, MDM/MAM, Jamf.
  • Strong understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, VPN).
  • Experience in managing Fortinet firewalls.
  • Familiarity with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V).
  • Familiarity with backup solutions and disaster recovery procedures.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.
