Job Description

A key role in our GRC Implementation team is available for a GRC consultant. This individual will be responsible for implementing the GRC system for customers, focusing on policy compliance, security requirements governance, and risk management.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of risk management, security, and privacy practices, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills.

This position involves working closely with stakeholders to ensure that our clients' information security posture aligns with their business objectives and complies with relevant regulations.

The selected candidate will be responsible for developing client initiatives to reduce technology risk, governance, and compliance with policies and external regulations.

  • Evaluating business and IT risks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Creating and enforcing IT security standards, procedures, and controls to manage risks and improve client security positioning through process improvement, policy, automation, and continuous capability evolution.
  • Evaluating information security threats and their impact on clients' IT environments.
  • Supporting senior team members in analyzing requirements and designing clients' information security posture, including legal, regulatory, and scheme security requirements.
  • Delivering work streams for clients in compliance standards such as PCI DSS, ISO27001, EU GDPR, and Bahrain PDPL, as well as incident management disciplines.
  • Performing and investigating internal and external information security risk and exception assessments, including assessing incidents, vulnerability management, scans, patching status, secure baselines, penetration test results, phishing, and social engineering tests and attacks.
  • Documenting and reporting control failures and gaps to stakeholders, providing remediation guidance and preparing management reports to track remediation activities.
