Cloud Security Specialist

As a Cloud Security Specialist, you will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining cloud-based solutions to meet the evolving needs of our organization and clients.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on:
- Developing and implementing security controls for cloud environments
- Collaborating with cloud architects and developers to create secure cloud solutions
- Monitoring cloud environments for potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Automating cloud security processes using tools like CloudFormation, Terraform, or Ansible
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to promote best practices in cloud security
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience as a Cloud Platform Engineer, with a strong focus on AWS
- In-depth knowledge of cloud services such as EC2, S3, VPC, IAM, RDS, Lambda, ECS, and others
- Proficiency in scripting and programming languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell
- Experience with infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or AWS CDK
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, security best practices, and compliance standards in cloud environments
- Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and serverless computing
