As a Medical Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for managing sales within your defined regional territory, promoting and selling Medtronic's products and services to meet or exceed sales targets.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on people, customers, and results. You should also have a deep understanding of the market and customer preferences, as well as the ability to analyze complex data and develop region-specific plans.
In addition to your sales expertise, you will also be required to maintain core customer relationships, ensure periodic validation and maintenance of customer/account data, and promote and establish education of Medtronic's products and/or services.

About the Role:
This is a full-time position that requires regular travel throughout your designated territory. You will work closely with distributors and healthcare professionals to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to maximize the benefits derived from Medtronic's products and/or services.
About You:
We are seeking an experienced sales professional with a strong background in concept selling and distribution management. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field, along with an MBA in Sales and Marketing, is highly desirable.
Prior experience in sales, preferably in the medical device industry, is essential. Additionally, you should be willing to travel extensively and possess strong leadership and vision, with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within the organization.
Salary Information:
The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
