Job Title:

Data Insights Professional

This role focuses on leveraging data analytics to drive business decisions, customer experience improvements, and campaign strategy development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze diverse datasets to prepare comprehensive reports and critical insights.
  • Create reports requested by stakeholders using advanced reporting tools.
  • Develop reports that directly impact the customer lifecycle, including KPIs and ROI analysis.
  • Design regular dashboards and publish performance summaries.
  • Evaluate campaign performance using metrics such as customer acquisition, retention, engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Apply data analytics to understand customer segments, behaviors, and preferences.
  • Provide recommendations to enhance customer experience and develop targeted campaign strategies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in a related industry.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in analytical reporting and dashboard creation.
  • Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's or MBA degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience with data analysis tools, particularly SQL, Excel, and big data queries.
  • Ability to manage large datasets while maintaining data integrity.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in campaigns, CRM, or customer-facing domains.
  • Ability to define metrics, interpret data, and develop strategies accordingly.
  • Knowledge of Arabic - preferred but not required.
