Seeking a Data Insights Professional to Analyze Sales Performance

Location: Mumbai (Goregaon East)

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will analyze sales data, including historical performance and market trends, to identify opportunities and challenges.

You will work closely with management and business strategy teams to develop insights that inform company decisions.

  • Lead strategic partnerships for organizational growth
  • Analyze sales data to inform business strategies
  • Develop meaningful reports and presentations to visualize sales performance metrics
  • Work with the sales team to develop targets and strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Monitor and analyze funnels performance weekly for the sales team
  • Track business team product-wise performance and present to management
  • Ensure effective CRM system utilization
  • Provide access to CRM tools and support business teams as needed

What You'd Have?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Sales, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven 3-4 years of experience in data analysis and interpretation
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in data crunching and analysis
  • Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Highly organized with strong task management skills
  • Prior experience with CRM systems is a plus
