Admissions Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated Admissions Strategist to join our team at Alpha Group of Institutions. As an Admissions Strategist, you will play a key role in developing and executing strategies to meet and exceed admission targets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire admissions lifecycle, ensuring a seamless applicant experience. This includes tracking and analyzing admission performance metrics to refine processes and collaborating with external vendors for marketing, events, and admissions initiatives.

• Develop and execute strategic plans to drive admission growth and improve conversion rates;
• Analyze CRM data to identify trends and optimize lead management and tracking workflows;
• Collaborate with IT and content teams to update course details, events, and news on the institution's website;
• Maintain and update official social media accounts and develop engaging content to boost visibility and engagement;
• Plan and execute admission campaigns via digital and traditional channels;
• Organize events like open houses, webinars, and education fairs to attract and retain prospective students;
• Act as the primary contact for student and parent queries related to admissions and provide guidance on program details, career prospects, and institutional offerings;
• Generate periodic reports on admissions, website traffic, and social media performance.

To succeed in this role, you should have:

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant field;
• At least 3 years of experience in admissions or a related field;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Proven ability to analyze data and make informed decisions;
• Strong organizational and time management skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 - $90,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, we also offer opportunities for professional growth and development.
