Manufacturing Engineer Position Open

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bengaluru.

The Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery, maintaining equipment, and ensuring product quality through rigorous inspection and testing.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Setting up and operating machinery
  • Maintaining equipment
  • Ensuring product quality through rigorous inspection and testing
  • Assisting in the design and development of new products
  • Conducting feasibility studies
  • Implementing process improvements to optimize production

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 4-6 years' experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
  • Education: ITI/ Diploma/ NTTF/ GTTC
  • Strong knowledge of CNC turning and VMC (4th & 5th Axis) machine operations
  • Understanding of G-codes, M-codes, and canned cycles (e.g., G71, G81, G83, G84)
  • Knowledge of machine zero setting, tool offsets, and wear compensation
  • Good in engineering drawings, GD&T, and measurement tools
  • Soft skills:
    • Strong team player with the ability to work under supervision
    • Good communication and coordination skills
    • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new processes
    • Discipline in documentation and quality practices

Software Skills:

Candidates should have proficiency in the following software applications:

  • CNC programming software (Fanuc)
  • CAD software (AutoCAD)
  • CAM software (Mastercam / Fusion 360 / Edgecam / Siemens NX)
  • Documentation tools (MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint)

Technical Requirements:

Additionally, candidates must meet the following technical requirements:

  • CNC programming (Fanuc)
  • Knowledge of machine zero setting, tool offsets, and wear compensation
  • Good in engineering drawings, GD&T, and measurement tools
