  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements ensuring enforceability, clarity, and risk mitigation.
    • Manage contractual obligations, support intellectual property, and ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
    • Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to advance company goals.
    • Develop and maintain legal templates and SOPs for efficiency and turnaround time reduction.
    • Provide legal research and insights on emerging frameworks, policies, and treaties relevant to the space-tech sector.
    • Participate in organizational reviews and training to ensure awareness and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Law (3-year LLB or 5-year integrated program) from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of professional experience in a law firm or in-house legal team, preferably within space, aerospace, or technology sectors.
  • Skills: Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiations, and compliance frameworks, with exposure to Space Law, International Law, and UN Treaties being an advantage.
  • Personal Qualities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset, ability to manage ambiguity, multitask effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
