Job Overview:

The Organizational Management team plays a vital role in visualizing the Organizational structure over time, providing and distributing Organizational information electronically, and serving as a basis for reporting audits, legal, and internal workflows. This is applicable to all white-collar and blue-collar associates across various entities.

  • Global Projects: Actively involved in design, transition, takeover phases, and ensuring the smooth execution of OM activities in Global Projects.
  • Automation Initiatives: Ideate, initiate, and implement automation programs to reduce capacity and enhance user experience.
  • Process Enhancement & Standardization: Identify, initiate, and implement process improvements through CRs, LHs, and SMT Tickets. Initiate and implement standardization across entities.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Frameworks: Maintain Organizational frameworks, Position, Person, and Communication Master data.
  • Technical Support: Provide 2nd-level support on technical issues - identify and resolve queries relating to COMPAS, HR core – Rules, Policies & Processes, data creation & maintenance, etc.
  • Maintenance of Organizational Metadata: Maintain Organizational metadata in the COMPAS system.
  • Maintenance of Position Metadata: Maintain processes for Position metadata in the Local HR System.
  • SAP Updation (HR Core): Perform tasks such as creation/delimitation of Org units, classification of Org types, Org area, cost center update, personnel area/sub-area updation, location update, account assignment, info Org unit, position maintenance, position movements, role updation, target & disciplinary manager mapping, managerial assignments, direct/indirect flag update. Ensure reliable data provision in good quality to consumer systems connected to COMPAS.
  • Monthly Inputs: Provide monthly inputs to Org changes Stake holders Team on Org management and Chief updates.
  • SLA Adherence: Adhere to SLA through timely closure of SSF tickets and interaction via Teams or email with stakeholders.
  • Query Creation and Reporting: Create queries and generate need-based MIS & Reports from SAP & COMPAS.
  • Customer Service: Effectively partner with internal and external customers, delivering high-level customer service.

Qualifications:

A graduate in any discipline; postgraduate/MBA in HR (optional); MSW. Three to five years of work experience in SAP/Success factors is required.

Mandatory skills include Experience in EC/SAP.
