CNC Programmer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer to join our team. If you have experience working with CNC machines and a passion for the stone/construction industry, we encourage you to apply.

As a full-time CNC Programmer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing CNC programs using MasterCAM or ALPHACAM software
  • Collaborating closely with sales personnel, templaters, and other programmers to ensure timely and accurate production
  • Managing your workflow and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines
  • Identifying problems and offering solutions to improve efficiency and quality

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in the construction/stone industry
  • Competency in Microsoft Office suite and excellent knowledge of AutoCAD
  • Hands-on experience with MasterCAM, AlphaCAM, or similar software
