Machine Shop Maintenance Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to lead our machine shop team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance and repair of CNC machines, PLCs, and HMI systems to ensure optimal factory performance.
  • Performance of breakdown, preventive, corrective, predictive maintenance, and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR, and OEE.
  • Assessment of CNC parameter updates and implementation of changes in the system.
  • Data capture and analysis for critical machines to identify trends and improve productivity.
  • Vendor network familiarization for repairing PLC/CNC cards, drives, and PCBs.
  • Familiarity with induction hardening, heat treatment processes, and gantry maintenance is beneficial.
  • Understanding of scales, encoders, drives, spindle drives, power supply drives, and electrical drawings is essential.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in electrical/electronics engineering.
  • Experience in handling machine shop maintenance, including grinding, turning, and machining center operations.
  • Good knowledge of mechanical systems, including CNC machines, PLCs, and HMI systems.
