Industrial Decarbonization Program Manager

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead its Industrial Decarbonization Program. The program aims to drive research, policy engagement, and technical solutions to facilitate the decarbonization of industrial operations, particularly in energy efficiency, energy management, and greenhouse gas accounting.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee all research activities within the Industrial Decarbonization Program.
  • Assign tasks to team members, provide guidance, and monitor progress.
  • Finalize methodology papers, research findings, and draft reports with actionable recommendations.


Qualifications and Experience:
  • Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Industrial, Systems, or Power Engineering) or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience in research, strategy consulting, or advisory roles related to industrial operations, energy management, efficiency, and decarbonization.


Required Skills and Competencies:
  • Deep knowledge of India's clean energy and climate landscape.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—along with strong research, presentation, and reporting abilities.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder engagement, policy advocacy, and information dissemination.
