Sales Leadership Expert

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
Key Responsibilities:- Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
- Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
- Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations.
- Oversee the customer service experience by monitoring the concerned department and ensuring timely delivery of services and products to clients.
- Outline and manage sales budgets.
- Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales team to achieve them.
- Conduct direct sales by engaging with prospects via calls or face-to-face meetings to sell the company's services and products.
- Attend calls for final conversions of online/offline leads handled by the sales team and ensure successful conversions.
- Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team.
- Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience as a sales head or sales manager with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- In-depth understanding of selling strategies, methods, and employee motivation techniques.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
- Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities to manage and motivate high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and interact credibly at all levels of the organisation.
