Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive revenue growth, and develop effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, strong leadership capabilities, and the ability to influence at all organisational levels.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company's customer base and ensures its strong presence.
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
  • Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations.
  • Oversee the customer service experience by monitoring the concerned department and ensuring timely delivery of services and products to clients.
  • Outline and manage sales budgets.
  • Set quarterly and annual sales goals and motivate the sales team to achieve them.
  • Conduct direct sales by engaging with prospects via calls or face-to-face meetings to sell the company's services and products.
  • Attend calls for final conversions of online/offline leads handled by the sales team and ensure successful conversions.
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports with realistic forecasts to the management team.
  • Review customer activity, anticipate consumer needs, and improve customer satisfaction.
RequirementsKey Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a sales head or sales manager with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth understanding of selling strategies, methods, and employee motivation techniques.
  • Strong business acumen and industry expertise with the ability to identify and act on market opportunities.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and coaching abilities to manage and motivate high-performing sales teams.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and interact credibly at all levels of the organisation.
