Job Title: Business Manager - Design

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and experienced Design Project Manager to join our team.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire design process from conceptualization to completion, ensuring seamless productivity and work output from a team of designers. They will also be expected to foster exceptional customer experiences and relationships through effective communication and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage designing projects from start to finish.
  • Lead and facilitate productive design discussions to drive creative solutions.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients through excellent communication skills.
  • Develop and impart technical training to designers as needed.
  • Ensure high-quality output on multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design preferred.
  • Master's degree or specialization in Construction Planning Management, MBA, or Design Management.
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in interior design or project management.
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering at least 10 residential/interior projects from start to finish.
