Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality analysis and interpretation of molecular genetic results, focusing on HLA & Chimerism.
  • Collaborate closely with expert teams to analyze NGS data and generate clinical diagnostic reports.
  • Develop and maintain accurate report writing skills.
  • Ensure timely completion of project and test orders while maintaining TAT standards.
  • Work effectively with customer support teams to address queries and concerns.
  • Liaise with sales and BD teams to resolve customer issues.
  • Manage LIMS status efficiently.
  • Contribute to continuous service improvement by collaborating with management and sales teams.
  • Provide consultative services on specific projects.
  • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed journals, when required.

Requirements:

Education: A Master's degree in Human Genetics or Molecular Biology or related fields.

Experience: 3+ years of experience in analysis and interpretation of molecular genetic results, with a strong background in HLA & Chimerism.
