We are seeking a skilled Principal Software Developer to join our team. As a key member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining microservices that interface with large-scale data.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing software solutions using cloud-based architectures
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code in JavaScript and Java/JavaRx
  • Providing architectural input for software development efforts
  • Participating in high-level analysis and design reviews
  • Discussing functional and non-functional requirements with Product Management, Architecture, and QA

The ideal candidate will have 3-8 years of experience in application design and development, hands-on experience with JavaScript (Node.js) and Java/JavaRx, a solid understanding of RESTful APIs, Microservices architecture, and containerization (Kubernetes).

Other essential skills include:

  • Writing functional test cases and unit testing
  • Building and consuming REST APIs
  • Working with cloud platforms

A bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is required. Additionally, excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively are necessary for success in this role.
