Job Title: Customer Experience Coordinator As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for ensuring that our guests feel welcome and valued. Key Responsibilities: 
  • Guest Check-in and Check-out: Organize and confirm guest check-ins, check-outs, room reservations, requests, changes, and cancellations.
  • Room Key Management: Secure payment, verify and adjust billing, and activate and file room keys.
  • Guest Requests and Messages: Process all guest requests and relay messages, print contingency lists, and identify and explain room features to guests.
  • Property Information: Supply guests with directions and information regarding property amenities, services, and hours of operation, and local areas of interest.
 

You will also be responsible for following up on outstanding requests or problems from the previous day and resolving them. Additionally, you will run and review daily reports, complete designated cashier and closing reports, and accept and record wake-up call requests.

In this role, you will work closely with the Loss Prevention Security team to address any guest reports of theft. You will maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect company assets, and welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards.
