Job Description:

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Record, check, and reconcile financial transactions on a daily basis.
    • Assist in preparing basic financial reports, including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
    • Support budgeting and forecasting activities by gathering and organizing data.
    • Help maintain accurate financial trackers and spreadsheets.
    • Provide timely and simple reports and updates to teams.
    • Assist with accounts payable and receivable entries.
    • Support month-end closing activities, including reconciliations and documentation.
    • Provide data for tax filings and audits when necessary.
    • Create simple dashboards, presentations, and summaries for internal use.
    • Contribute to small process improvement tasks and ad-hoc finance projects.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:
    • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
    • Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
