About this role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Trainee to join our team. As a Finance Trainee, you will be responsible for conducting financial research, analyzing financial statements, developing financial models, and preparing reports.

The successful candidate will be based in Ghaziabad and will work closely with the finance team to support various accounting tasks. Daily interaction with team members involves communicating findings, supporting decision-making processes, and assisting with project deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct industry and company research using public and subscription-based databases
  • Perform financial and operational benchmarking of global companies
  • Analyze market trends, growth drivers, and risk factors in targeted sectors
  • Assist in building financial models (3-statement, DCF, comps, etc.)
  • Support in preparing investment memorandums and pitch books
  • Perform due diligence support for M&A and fundraising deals
  • Prepare professional PowerPoint presentations and Excel reports for clients
  • Summarize insights into structured reports, dashboards, and actionable recommendations
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and high-quality delivery under the manager's guidance

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in finance
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • MBA Finance from an institute of repute
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
