Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Risk Professional to oversee operational risk management across various departments.

Risk Identification and Assessment:

  • Develop risk assessment frameworks and methodologies to identify potential risks.
  • Conduct regular risk reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies.

Risk Mitigation Strategies:

  • Implement risk mitigation plans to minimize operational risk exposure.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements through effective risk controls.

Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Monitor operational risk indicators and metrics for timely intervention.
  • Prepare and present risk reports to senior management for informed decision-making.

Third Party Risk Management:

  • Manage third-party interactions, including risk assessments and issue resolution.
  • Identify cybersecurity vulnerabilities associated with third-party interactions.

Policy Development:

  • Collaborate in the development and updating of operational risk policies and procedures.
  • Evaluate policies for alignment with industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/master's degree in management, finance, accounting, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in a risk management role, preferably in a financial services environment.
  • Strong analytical skills, logical reasoning ability, and presentation skills.
