Front Desk Receptionist

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Front Desk Receptionist to provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, handling room assignments, and responding to guest inquiries.
  • Provide accurate and timely information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
  • Assist with managing reservations, cancellations, and waitlists.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, courtesy, and respect for all guests and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of Front Desk operations and computer skills, including MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in hospitality preferred.
