Job Description

Candidates will play a crucial role in driving industrial engineering initiatives, ensuring seamless coordination of quality management systems, environmental sustainability practices, and overall operational efficiency.

  • Design and execute industrial engineering projects to enhance production processes and product quality.
  • Lead the implementation of 5S principles across various units, fostering a culture of cleanliness, organization, and efficiency.
  • Coordinate review meetings to discuss progress, identify areas for improvement, and align with organizational objectives.
  • Promote safety awareness and lead safety activities, implementing robust standards and protocols to prevent accidents.
  • Develop engaging presentations as required, communicating key insights and recommendations effectively.
  • Prepare comprehensive Daily Production Meeting presentations, including KPI reviews, to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Facilitate award applications related to safety, quality, 5S, operations, and other areas, highlighting achievements and best practices.
  • Manage and maintain SAP systems, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Exercise budget control and fixed cost management to optimize resource allocation.
  • Drive TPM/TQM implementation, enhancing productivity and quality through continuous improvement.
  • Develop MIS reports for tracking TAT, production entry delays, reversal entries, and packing plant bag bursage metrics.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in any specialization from a recognized institution. Relevant work experience and proficiency in SAP would be advantageous.
