We are looking for a Digital Product Expert to join our training team.

As a key member of the team, you will collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver impactful training programs that foster continuous skill development.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital products and technologies, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to simplify complex concepts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain Expertise: Gain deep knowledge of digital product functionalities and train internal teams on how to utilize them effectively.
  • Deliver High-Quality Training: Conduct engaging sessions for customers and ensure excellent course quality and learner experience.
  • Host Seminars & Webinars: Organize sessions for internal and external audiences on product updates and industry trends.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to refine learning paths and share valuable customer insights.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role within the software industry (preferably SaaS).
  • Strong understanding of digital product technologies and functionalities.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • Proven experience in delivering high-quality training programs.
