Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Home Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and possess a strong understanding of home loan products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

">
  • ">
  • Meet customers on site and pitch our loan product offerings to them;">
  • Conduct marketing, sales & brand building activities to attract new customers;">
  • Sanction & disbursement of files per month as per targets assigned;">
  • Carry out pre and post-loan activities related to home loans, including acquisition of new clients and maintenance of renewal clients, financial analysis, initial risk assessment, presenting loan applications to the Sanctioning team, portfolio administration, prioritizing repayment of loans to preserve portfolio quality;">
  • Get legal, credit and technical documents completed for loan proposal and resolve customers' queries;">
  • Inform potential clients about requirements, T&C of home loan product, procedures to obtain a loan, importance of payments on time, penalties system in case of not paying on time, insurance, etc.">
  • Inform client about Credit decision on their application;">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • a bachelor's degree in finance, banking or a related field;">
  • at least 3 years of experience in home loan sales or a related field;">
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills;">
  • a strong understanding of home loan products and services;">
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team;">
  • high level of organizational and time management skills.">
