Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Quality Assurance Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software products through manual and automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure the quality of our software products.
  • Design, implement, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium for UI testing.
  • Collaborate with the development team to identify and resolve bugs and other issues.
  • Participate in requirements and design reviews to provide input on testability and quality aspects.
  • Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in software quality assurance, with a focus on both manual and automation testing.
  • Strong proficiency in Java programming language.
  • Hands-on experience with Selenium WebDriver for UI automation testing.
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks such as TestNG or JUnit.
  • Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
