Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Electrical Design Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing complex electrical projects independently, utilizing their expertise in electrical distribution panels, lighting systems, cable management, and ELV systems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with experience in using software tools such as Dialux and Amtech. They will also possess excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design complex electrical projects independently, adhering to NEC and CPWD international codes and practices.
  • Adequate knowledge in Electrical designs including Electrical Distribution Panels, Lighting, Cable management system, Outdoor lighting, Indoor lighting.
  • Lux Level Calculations, load estimation, Voltage drop and short circuits calculations.
  • ELV systems – Fire alarm, PAVA, CCTV, SCS.
  • Hands-on experience in using software tools like Dialux, Amtech.
  • In-depth knowledge of NEC, CPWD international codes and practices.
  • Well conversant with estimation for RFP's.
  • Responsible in planning, scheduling, and coordinating the technical and management requirements.
  • Effective communication & coordination in multi-disciplinary projects.
  • Mentor - Guiding, training, knowledge, and skill development of Mechanical engineering staff.
Qualification Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical engineering from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 4-15 years of experience in consultant design, managing complex building services MEP Design.
  • Master’s degree holders are given preference.
  • Excellent communication skills to liaise with international clients and contractors is mandatory.
  • Working knowledge of AutoCAD, REVIT-MEP, and Navisworks is an added advantage.
