Enterprise Applications Manager Role

About the Position:

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Applications Manager to join our team.

In this pivotal leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications—ensuring their reliability, scalability, and performance. You'll drive technical solutions that align with business objectives, contributing to a robust application ecosystem that supports innovation and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead and manage the enterprise applications team.
  2. Develop and implement strategies for enterprise application development.
  3. Oversee the design, development, and deployment of enterprise applications.
  4. Ensure the security, performance, and scalability of enterprise applications.
  5. Collaborate with other departments to understand their application needs and provide solutions.
  6. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  7. Provide technical guidance and support to the team.
  8. Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise applications, making recommendations for improvements.

Core Competencies:

  1. Application Integration: Integrate core business applications (Workday, ServiceNow, ERP, CRM) to each other and to the data platform.
  2. ServiceNow Leadership: Drive the ServiceNow platform, implementing its customization and optimization to support business processes.
  3. Enterprise Application Administration: Oversee the day-to-day management of the ERP, CRM, HRIS, ITSM technical administration and data management.
  4. Leadership: Manage teams and projects and provide guidance.
  5. Strategic Planning: Develop strategies, solve problems, and stay updated with trends.
  6. Project Management: Manage budgets, resources, and oversee application development.
  7. Security and Compliance: Ensure application security and regulatory compliance.
  8. Collaboration: Work with other departments to meet their application needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent.
  • 5-7 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
