Senior Enterprise Software Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Software Development Manager to lead our teams and drive the development of enterprise-grade software products.

  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple teams of software developers, including first-line managers, architects, and product managers.
  • They will have experience developing and supporting multi-tenant cloud-native software delivered as-a-Service (SaaS) and good exposure to Service Oriented Architecture and associated design patterns.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools employed in SaaS architectures to support CI/CD and monitoring is also essential.
  • The selected candidate will have experience working in a global product software company for enterprise customers and experience working abroad or with global teams is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Define the product roadmap and strategy in collaboration with the line of business.
  • Create short, medium, and long-term plans to achieve strategic objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define and develop features for our products.
  • Actively guide and mentor the team to develop features that meet functional, documentation, and quality requirements.
  • Prioritize, assign, and manage department activities and projects in accordance with the RD departments goals and objectives.
  • Design and present projects to improve current processes and overall platform.
Requirements:
  • B.E/B.Tech in computer science or M.E/M.Tech/MBA optional.
  • 15+ years of experience in Software Engineering.
  • At least 5 years experience in managing multiple teams of software developers.
  • Proven track record of managing the development of enterprise-grade software products.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience developing and supporting multi-tenant cloud-native software delivered as-a-Service (SaaS).
  • Good exposure to Service Oriented Architecture and associated design patterns.
  • Familiarity with DevOps processes and tools employed in SaaS architectures.
  • Experience working in a global product software company for enterprise customers.
  • Excellent communication skills, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
