This role involves being the guardian of our brand, responsible for evolving and maintaining our visual identity across all touch-points.

  • Evolving and refining our brand identity - Refreshing our visual language (logo, typography, color palette, imagery style) and ensuring it aligns with our values and audience.
  • Creating a style guide that clearly defines our brand identity and guides all design and communication efforts.
  • Ensuring brand consistency across our website, marketing materials, product interface, social media, and internal communications.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and visual assets for campaigns, keeping everything on-brand and effective.
  • Designing a variety of marketing materials - from brochures to presentations to website graphics and social media assets.
  • Collaborating with product and engineering teams to ensure the product interface reflects our brand and offers a seamless user experience.
  • Staying on top of industry trends and competitors, using insights to inform brand decisions.

To be a good fit, you should have:

  • A solid portfolio that highlights your graphic design skills, especially in digital marketing and branding.
  • Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • A creative thinking approach with attention to detail and understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layouts.
  • At least 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably at a fast-paced startup.
