Senior Marketing Manager

Job Overview:

Our organization is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Marketing to lead the launch of a Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) brand in the premium segment. This strategic position will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative performance marketing strategies, driving customer acquisition and conversion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across paid media channels.
  • Establish a strong brand presence in the luxury segment through effective positioning.
  • Provide hands-on expertise in Digital Marketing domains, including SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, and paid campaigns.
  • Strategize and execute brand building from scratch, establishing a strong market presence and customer trust in competitive environments.
  • Build and manage a network of agencies and partners specializing in digital marketing, creative branding, and performance-driven activities.
  • Secure strategic partnerships and negotiate with leading ecommerce platforms to ensure seamless listing and visibility of the brand.
Candidate Profile / Background:
  • Master's degree in Marketing from a reputable institution.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Marketing, with proven success in managing DTC brands.
  • Hands-on experience in building a brand from scratch and scaling it to profitability.
  • Prior experience in Premium/Luxury Brand Marketing.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, performance marketing concepts, and analytics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Well-connected with relevant agencies, partners, and industry experts.
  • Based in New Delhi or willing to relocate.
