The successful applicant will have a strong educational background and a minimum 5 years of experience in Automotives. They will possess excellent analytical skills to assess and improve business processes, as well as experience in process mapping and documentation techniques.

The ideal candidate will be able to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders, and have familiarity with project management methodologies to oversee implementation.

  • Serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on business processes
  • Collaborate and manage teams to achieve goals
  • Make informed team decisions
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions
  • Provide solutions to problems for immediate and cross-functional teams
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback from stakeholders
  • Develop and maintain process documentation for clarity and consistency across teams
