Dynamic Retail Expert

We're seeking a results-driven professional to lead business transformation initiatives across retail operations.

This role involves bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement, operational efficiency, and business growth. As a key member of our team, you'll collaborate with marketing, operations, and IT teams to ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting & dashboarding needs.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications.
  • Translate functional specifications derived from the workshop to a technical fit document.
  • Identify and highlight feature/reporting/dashboarding gaps.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Ensure all functional specifications are deployed in the software (reports, dashboards, models, audiences etc).
  • Train super users on the platform.
  • Explain the support mechanism and set cadences for support/business-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools & how they function.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with omnichannel retail transformation projects.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) and API integrations.
