About the Role

The Linux Foundation is seeking an experienced HubSpot Architect/Specialist to join our marketing team. This role is critical in optimizing our HubSpot implementation to support our global marketing and sales operations efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and enforce best practices for HubSpot CRM usage across the organization, ensuring consistency in data entry, contact management, and pipeline management.
  2. Establish ongoing data cleansing, enrichment, and validation protocols to maintain high-quality, accurate, and up-to-date data within HubSpot.
  3. Design and implement efficient data intake processes, ensuring seamless integration of data from multiple sources into HubSpot, and manage integrations with other tools and platforms used within the Linux Foundation.
  4. Build and optimize automation workflows that align with buyer personas and lifecycle stages, ensuring seamless lead nurturing and engagement.
  5. Design and implement automated sales processes within HubSpot, including lead scoring, task automation, and follow-up reminders, enhancing sales team productivity and effectiveness.
  6. Deliver timely and accurate forecasting and reporting outputs, including actionable insights.

Requirements:

  1. 8+ years of experience as a HubSpot Architect/Specialist or similar role in a complex, multi-organization environment.
  2. Deep knowledge of HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and associated tools.
  3. Experience with data integration, CRM optimization, and marketing automation.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  5. Experience in designing and implementing marketing attribution models.
  6. Familiarity with ICP analysis, sales process automation, and lead routing strategies.
  7. Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
