A key role in our organization is the Zonal Business Development Manager. This position plays a crucial part in driving business growth within a designated geographic area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
  • Lead a team of Area or Regional Managers and other staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Analyze market conditions, trends, and competition to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Manage budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • BUILD RELATIONSHIPS with key customers, partners, and stakeholders within the zone.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, marketing, commerce, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience, with 4+ years in retail chains.

Skills:

  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, including team management, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and competitive landscape.
