    • Negotiate complex contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with international and domestic vendors.">
    • Build and maintain strong supplier partnerships while managing performance through KPIs and regular reviews.">

    • Oversee the creation, approval, and tracking of purchase orders, requisitions, and contracts.">
    • Ensure alignment of purchasing activities with organizational goals, inventory requirements, and budget constraints.">
    • Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with Operations and Warehouse teams to forecast future supply needs.">

    • Ensure compliance with corporate procurement policies and international trade regulations (import/export laws, customs, tariffs).">
    • Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier databases, and audit-ready documentation.">
    • Prepare and present strategic purchasing reports, cost analysis, and market insights to executive management.">

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field.">
  • 7+ years of progressive procurement/purchasing experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.">
  • Proven experience with international sourcing, supplier negotiations, and contract management.">
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and decision-making skills.">
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.">
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems (SAP, NetSuite, Oracle).">
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment.">
