Job Title: Systems Engineering Supervisor

Job Overview

As a seasoned systems engineering supervisor, you will lead high-performing teams in delivering complex automation and Building Management System (BMS)/Intelligent Building Management System (IBMS) projects. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will drive business success by ensuring timely project delivery, quality standards, and customer satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of engineers to design, develop, and implement BMS/IBMS solutions that meet customer requirements and industry standards.
  • Develop project plans, oversee resource allocation, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, optimize workflows, and improve overall efficiency.
  • Review and approve project deliverables, ensuring they meet quality, cost, and scheduling targets.
  • Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and coaching to team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, Electronics & Communication, or Mechanical Engineering.
  • 10+ years of experience in automation and BMS/IBMS projects, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical expertise in BMS/IBMS systems, hardware/software engineering, and domain-specific knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers, stakeholders, and team members.
